Ingredients

- 250 g of meat in pieces
- 1/2 kilo of soaked chuño
- 100 g of fresh cheese
- 2 tbsp of ground garlic
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp of ají panca
- Beef broth
- Salt, pepper and cumin
Preparation:
Cut the chuño into quarters and boil for 20 minutes. Make a base with ají, garlic and onion and season with salt, pepper and cumin. Add the meat and brown it a little. Add the chuño and a little broth. Boil for 5 minutes and add the chopped cheese.
